Jannus Landing will hold a couple thousand people...cool venue...not sure if it will sell out?? The economy is really bad here! The venue is a courtyard with brick buildings on all 4 sides....they just renovated it and I heard it basically looks the same but made some nice changes. It's in the heart of downtown St. Pete with plenty of bars and restaurants in the same block as the venue.
