just wanted to say good job getting the new disc out! received it today (listening to it now and giving my neighbors a taste haha)! glad to see the bugs worked out from meta debacle! Anyway wanted to praise since i was so critical last time. Again thanks and good job!!

P.S. Almost forgot, where the hell is my golden ticket? couldn't find it anywhere in the package! JK but seriously hope i get it in the disc i am still waiting on, love a pass for the next three years, been to 7 of the 9 shows done in this area! Fucking love em live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yeah! We shouldn't only say something, when it's bad. This time they really did a great job. Got mine yesterday. One day before the release. And I live in Denmark. That's a hell of a good job! THANKS for delivering at the right time. Now keep the standard! :)

    And ftw, my golden VIP ticket is missing too! ;) Just got a broken cover instead!! :/

    Thanks guys, we have been working hard to get them out to you in time and this means a lot. As for the golden ticket.....we should be seeing some popping up here on the site soon.

    I still havent received my cds and am angry about not getting a tracking number for them. When you pay an outrageous amount of shipping, you should receive a tracking number and your PAID for product in less than a week. It does not require over $10 in shipping charges to ship 2 cds! REALLY??? I am very upset and have not received an answer from Ground Control on the whereabouts of my PAID IN FULL and supposedly FULFILLED order. Where is my tracking number and where are my cds?? If they cant find them or at least give me a tracking number, then I want my money back in full including that rip-off of a shipping charge!

    I shot you the tracking number for the order. It was shipped on the 31st via UPS

    u have every right to be upset. got mine on best buy for $8 + plus free shipping, & it arrived on time. they're still blowing us off about the vip merch that we never received from months ago, thats why i didnt order the cd thru them cuz i knew there would be issues. i prob sound like a broken record on the forums over this vip merch but i have every right & so do you, considering we paid for this stuff

    The inside of my cd case.. the holder for the cd was crushed when I opened my cd, but I replaced it with another.. was kind of annoying but not a problem :P I couldn't find my golden ticket either? xD

    yes i've called & e-mailed several times. i'm wasn't talking about the cd, just the vip shirt & poster that i never received from the show on april 18th. they give me a different answer every time i contact them
