Just wanted to say I'm really angry at the moment. I had my VIP on October 1st 2009 and of course.. I still don't have my poster! I've sent e-mails, got one e-mail back in April saying that ground ctrl were waiting for the band to sign all the posters and then they would send them all out. Got another e-mail in July that says the same as the message above me says, that the posters were in and signed and that I had to check on my order to see if it said "fulfilled". So I sent another e-mail to be sure, cause they said that if you hadn't received the poster yet you had to e-mail them. So I did. Never heard anything back and never got my poster.. Sent another e-mail..
And last night I got an e-mail back saying that ground ctrl are waiting for the band to sign the posters and that it will happen when they get back in California. Seriously?! Are you kidding me?! I thought they were already signed and ready to be shipped :S The guys are touring till the end of October and will tour again in the middle of November, so that means that IF it will get shipped to me it will happen somewhere around November.. Which probably means I won't get my poster before the PR show I'm attending on December 2nd.. that's the 4th time I get to see the band since October last year.
Oh and they were thankful for my patience.. Err, sorry? I've lost my patience a long time ago.

Stupid thing is, I don't even really care that much about the poster, it's just the whole I should get what I paid for and it shouldn't be so hard to get it.

It keeps telling me I am trying to message a person that doesnt exist, so I tried to email you Admin, and it says the same thing...so now I am trying here...I hope you can help me so we can get our VIP items we paid for back in April!! The guy I talked to took our address & info, but told me to contact Justin if we didn't get our VIP items after a while. So...we have never gotten anything we were supposed to get with our VIP meet & greet. We did not sign up on the PRoach site so we came to the show early and my daughter was told to find you & she just paid you in cash~$100 dollar bills for me and her VIPs and you sent us on to the photo shoot. I am hoping you have a record that we DID PAY for the VIP pkg and you did write our names down on your list. We DID get the meet & greet VIP pic with the band. PLEASE ADMIN/GROUND CONTROL/SOMEBODY @ PROACH~I SERIOUSLY HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP US GET OUR VIP STUFF!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!! I am not a wealthy woman, but a single parent and teacher who really can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars for a picture...so, please take this to heart and help us!! We will be very appreciative:) THANKS!!

Well its exactly a year ago today that I met the band at the VIP at Brixton London. Awesome night. Still haven't received my poster yet though which is really annoying! How can it take this long? I received an email in July to say they were in and would be sent out. My address is correct on the order and yet my order is still showing back ordered!! Have emailed ground control in september but no reply :(
Wonder if I will have it by Christmas?!

I hope to all who haven't got their signed poster that the experience of meeting the band made it worthwhile.

Yeah I finally got my poster :) I was at Brixton, UK last October so I assume if you went to a UK show your posters should also be arriving soon :)
