I ordered my ticket and VIP upgrades all together in one order. It said tickets would ship so those who ordered them would receive them before the show. I was just wondering when tickets ship, since they stated that VIP upgrades would be taken care of at will call.
yeah i got this too it said they were will call but i also got a memo of how they will be "shipped"
did you ever receive your tickets in the mail? or is everything at will call?
Mine said will call also, BUT charged me 4.95 to ship
THAT confused the hell out of me...
that's the same thing that I got, I don't mind if they're at will call or not, I just need to know so I know what's going on.
im gonna be calling ground cntrl today sometime to be figuring this out. ill post information if i find any out.

the tickets are all will call, but the shipping charges is for ground ctrl to ship the tickets TO the venue

Some shows will have physical tickets, if your ordered the VIP & Tickets in the same order you are being charged shipping for the tickets and asked for a Will Call name for the VIP.
Your order status (in your account page) will be updated once the tickets have shipped.
All of mine said "Will Call" and I didn't have any shipping charges....I called ground control to make sure and they said just to have a I.D. and that both tickets and VIP's would be there. It made mea little nervoussince I will be driving 8+ hrs to get to the show in Ohio next Saturday.
