TFA - Help?

On the back of the CD it says to put in a code to get bonus stuffs. Anyone know where i put the code in?

Mile by mile we are farther apart.
Now its one empty bottle and two broken hearts.
Night after night we are falling apart.
Now its two broken bottle and four emptys hearts.

    I don't have the cd in front of me, but I thought there was a url next to that saying where to go?
