I know that Tony Palermo is a very good drummer but I really miss Dave Buckner ... he was a part of the soul that made Papa Roach what is today , I mean the best band in the world...Can Dave make hes account on www.paparoach.com and log in sometimes and talk to us ???... reply??? ... just to have him here with us...

    yeah i miss dave just cuz he was there in the beginning of PR =/ but i'd like to talk to him just to see whats up =)

    yeah... Dave leaved Papa Roach ... and it was pretty damn bad... but now Papa Roach finally found the best man Tony Palermo ... but... just think that ... if Jeryy or Tobin would leave ... Papa Roach will be disolved...

    Yes! You can go on TMZ and it has the documents. So far, the other members of Papa Roach have not said anything, as far as I know. I find it rather interesting, and I think he's just upset because he got cheated out of what was rightfully his. I think a lot of people are being hard on him because he wants "dissolve Papa Roach". I kind of hope he wins this case, if what all he says is true. I love Papa Roach to death, but if they were assholes, then they were assholes. I doubt we will ever know the real story, but i think if you're a real fan you'll listen to both sides. Sure Tony is great, but he'll never be able to replace Dave.

    I doubt we'll hear anything more of it..no resolution, no band breaking uppage..lol...nothing. it'll be handled out of court and they won't talk about it to us...it's a personal matter and not really for us to worry too much about lol..esp with what little information we have.

    I don't even think that comment above Busta's should be discussed here. As Busta said, it's nothing of our business. It's just something that shouldn't be discussed on this site nor anywhere else. It should be discussed between themselves rather than just spreading the news everywhere else for more people to see. I'm honestly tired of seeing people even commenting the Roach page about it. I've even seen comments on Coby's page about it.

    I'm sorry you feel that way about what I wrote. I just think that some people are so unfair to Dave, and really, if you are going to judge him, I'd rather the person have both sides of the story (or the story that we know of) and be knowledgeable about the topic before they open their mouths.

    I was heartbroken at first. After reading the 15+ pages of legal papers he got his attorney to file, I got over it. He stated that he always put the band first, which we have proof since in the prank video he wasn't there which allowed the guys to prank him in the first place. The band does not begin and end with him, and I'm glad Tony is here. That man played two sets a night all through CrueFest! He's amazing

    Dave Buckner (Batería) Miembro estable de 1993 a 2008 en todos los lanzamientos oficiales de la banda excepto "Potatoes for Christmas" Fué excluído de la banda debido a abuso de drogas y alcohol, problema resultante de su fallido matrimonio. Dave está ahora en un dueto llamado "Last Angels". El día 12 de Diciembre de 2008 Buckner inició una demanda sobre sus ex-compañeros de banda, argumentando haber sido estafado con las regalías que como co-fundador le correspondieren. Declaró en su juicio de demanda que entre los integrantes hay un ambiente "tenso y antagónico" y que él desea "la disolución de Papa Roach
