My uncle went to the states and he knew i liked this kind of music, so he got his hands on a P Roach EP when he was over there....and to be honest, i thought it sucked at first...but then started to like it....any way, i just totally forgot about P Roach until i saw Last Resort on the TV...and i was like,...Fucking cool....so yeah, ever since my uncle introduced me

sky tv when last resort came out it was on all the music channels. and my friends at primary school were all digging it too lmao x

I can remember it clearly.

I was 13 so year would have been 2003. I was sitting on the bus from school and there were about 4 kids sat at the back listening to music on their phone. I just heard the verse and I knew I had to know what that song was so I got up and walked towards them. I asked him what the song was, he told me it was called She loves me not by Papa Roach. He sent it to my phone, when I got home I looked them up and bought their albums. Been listening ever since :)

buuut i heard last resort on the radio in the beginning and always liked them, just wasn't super into them.
and then in '07 on the bad boys of rock tour i fell in love with them because they're absolutely amazing live, and they've been my favorite ever since!

i saw the getting away with murder video on tv like a million times so i went out and bought the album, and papa roach has been my favorite band ever since

I have to thank Jonathan because without him I may not be a Papa Roach fan. He took me to see them in concert on October 07, 2008. After seeing them live, I couldn't stop listening to them & now they're my favorite band. If you know someone who thinks they wouldn't like them then you should take them to a Papa Roach concert. It transformed me & I'm sure it would other people.

I startet listening to Papa Roach since the day where i was watching a music show called "Boggie" (The Danish version of MTV :P) with my big brother,and then "To Be Loved" came and the first thing that i was thinking was OMFG!!!!! THIS ROCKS!!!! so I asked my big brother if he knew who it was and he said "yes its Papa Roach" and then i said Papa Roach? AWSOME!,so he told me that he has downladed some song with Papa Roach and i Said I NEED TO HEAR THEM! and i did they are ! AWSOME!!!! but after some days I discovered that it was unlawful to Download songs so me (and my brother) dropped that and used Youtube.com to find other bands and listening to music And here i am 16 years old and still the BIGGEST PAPA ROACH FAN EVER!!!!!

Cruefest last year. I had heard of Papa Roach but never really listened to them. I went to Cruefest to see Sixx AM and was planning on leaving after their set, but I stuck around for whatever reason and watched Papa Roach. I was hooked.

My parents got divorced when I was 12... and in this time I heard Broken Home the first time and I fell in Love with their music... and I still love it :D

I'm embarrassed of how I got into Papa Roach. I was probably the biggest Coby bug in Papa Roach fan girl history! :l

I've always listened to songs like Last Resort, BAAI, SLMN, GAWM, Scars, etc. but it wasn't until Scarred when I became actually interested in the band. I got into the band a lot more because I thought Coby was hot. -.-

THANK GOD that changed when my sister's boyfriend taught me how to play guitar. He showed me a few easy songs, then how to read tab and he just left his guitar over at my house to use. Then, that's when I started getting more into the music. Like, past the lyrics and really pay attention to the bass, drums, and especially the guitar. Watching Jerry play, trying to learn their songs, is what helped me get into them a lot more and become more serious about guitar. I honestly think that if it weren't for Papa Roach, I wouldn't still be playing guitar. I remember always sitting down with the guitar in my hands for hours practicing Papa Roach songs just so I can say, "I CAN PLAY A PAPA ROACH SONG!"

Saw them live with limp bizkit and eminem back on Anger Management Tour in 2000 I believe and they were sick, still are!!!!

In France it's difficult to know PR. But Scarred pass on the TV everyday. And i saw this emission since a long time. The background music interested me and the Presenter too :) And when i was 13, I've taken the name of the presenter and i've searched on the web. :) And i knew Papa Roach like that! And I'm addict to them since 3 years now!

first i heard scars on the radio, but i was still kinda young so i never really thought about it. then last year i went to crue fest and i was thinking to mysel, they are really good! and then they sang scars, and i was like omg! so yeah thats my fun little story

I had heard Last Resort, GAWM, and Scars for years on the radio. I always liked them. Then I started hearing a new song, Forever and I loved it. But I didn't know it was PR, when I found out I bought the cd. I loved it too! Then I got the other cd's, love them all!! In 2007, I went to Rock on the Range and saw PR for the first time, they were F**KING AMAZING!! They were the best band there! Since then I've seen them 3 more times and I can't get enough!! Jacoby is just too damn HOT!!

i went to cruefest back last summer and got addicted xD

ever since i saw them live about 2 years ago i was like "fuck they are awesomeeee!!" lol then after i would keep listening to their songs on repeat until they became my favorite soon after =)
