This made me go over to youtube for a minute- And watch an old school video from the Infest days, and then watch some of the stuff from the current tour, to refresh my memory, and It's even cooler when you do that, To see how much better the band has gotten!

Obviously I had no intentions of saving anyone's life by correcting their grammar. Although I'm sure that was laden with sarcasm. My point was that I could have said much worse - I could have said what I felt - and it would have been quite unpleasant. I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion, also; I, for one, don't really listen to Madina Lake because I'm not a fan of what I heard, but I respect the people who like them, because I'm sure they have legitimate reasons for liking them. I would never insult them because of a band, because, well, I'm a really big fan of Tech N9NE, and I'm sure 90% of people on here have never heard of him. But most people are mature enough to respect the fact that I like them. And as far as the comment about my life being fun. Don't go there with me, because you don't know half the story.

As for the original topic of this thread, I wouldn't honestly know. My first Papa Roach show is going to be November 5th. But personally, I'm Christian, so no, they aren't gods. ; ] Haha. †

I've read, like, a page of this thread and already I've had enough (no pun intended).

Wastedyears, what the fuck are you doing? We GET that you don't like their new stuff, we hear about it constantly. All you are doing by constantly repeating it and flaming other people's opinion is coming across as a complete prick.

I had someone at the Newcastle gig with a similiar opinion, but do you know what? After he said it once, that was it, HE WASN'T A PRICK ABOUT IT! If anyone needs to grow up2 around here it is you, because as far as I can tell, you are part of an "elite group.

That "elite" group consists of you and that silly cunt with three chins who posted the sex threads, who represent the average internet nerd/prick, the only ones who seem to have infiltrated this site.

Again, it isn't your opinion, it is the way you put it across in a kind of "haha, I just said PR are shit on their own site, I must have a big knob then" style that draws people's ire.

I can honestly say that no one likes you on this site and that if you never posted again we wouldn't cry about it.

PS: By definition PR are better on stage these days, quite simply because they don't take to the stage drunk anymore, obviously omitting Jerry from that because he doesn't drink anyway.

I myself love Infest. That, in my opinion, was there best album ever. I like the other albums since then, but INFEST was the best music they made.

^ *Their, and I kind of agree. I really fell in love with Infest, but I'm a pretty hardcore listener to rap, too, so that was perfectly in the middle for me. Then when they were going through the transition from rap metal to rock, I realized that they were just amazing. Ha. Jerry's skills are amazingly improved (not that he lacked skill to begin with). The bass is the songs is mor recognizable and prevalent, and it just adds that extra something. Go, Tobin-style. And Tony's drum skills are amazing. At first when I heard what was happening with Dave, I was kind of bummed, because it wasn't going to be the same band as it had been in the past 10 years, but the change was so smooth, and, well, Tony's a pretty kickass drummer. †

infest establiushed the band although through the yuears there style ahs changed but in a way remained same in few songs but i love all the albums i love the identity the guys have made within each album, like growing up with the guys each album has grown up in the sense of stuff the guys have gone through which is easy shown with the guys using the name metamorpahsis for the new album showing they have changed. i dont have a fav album as they are all amazing the transition from each album is visible and i cant wait for the next album when the guys go back to the studio to see what comes next

I don't see them as gods.
I see them as guys who have been growing over the years and learned from mistakes.
Maybe Meta isnt the best album in some people's eyes.
But i dont understand why people try to make a point of it, you like it or you dont.
It's that simple. So leave each other alone if someone disagree's.
It's just someone's opinion, it's not a statement.
