    DEDICATED FANS READ THIS!

    Right, as you all know Papa Roach have gone past Metallica on the fuse video of 2009 voting, and are whupping Daughtry as we speak.

    Thing is, the next few rounds are gonna be Slipknot (winning easily in their match) and if they get past Slipknot, either Paramore or Greenday, who are duking it out at the moment and each have over 1 MILLION votes each as their fans go to vote war.

    If we take our heads out of our asses for a second, we all know that Papa Roach are not as popular as Slipknot, Paramore or Greenday nowadays, it's not 2000 anymore. So what do we do?

    Well, if you are voting for Papa Roach now, keep going but I don't think much will change in the next 3 days to the next round, I think (touch wood) we have Daughtry beaten, but we need to organise, and I don't mean in that half assed way discussed before for Twitter, I mean proper dedication.

    There are THIRTY THOUSAND PLUS members on this site. 30'000! Why can't we get 100 together who will promise to vote 1000 times a day. It does not take long to vote 100 times (2 mins) so if you do that ten times a day (every half hour on an evening? Maybe a couple of times at lunch if you are at a computer at work) we are talking 100'000 votes a day between us.

    It might sound like a lot but it really isn't. We are talking about our favourite band here people, and getting them an award we all believe they deserve would be a great way of giving them something back. That plus the bragging rights of going past Metallica, Slipknot and Greenday/Paramore to do it, plus whatever shite pop band comes up the other side of the bracket, and the chance to distinguish ourselves as the best fans in the world.

    I really mean this. Let's get something done, because far too often someone posts a thread saying something like "vote for PR on the kerrang awards" and a few people go "ooh yeh" and nothing ever happens. Stand up and be counted, excuse the pun.

    Totally agree I may not be able to do that many but I would definently vote a couple of times every half hour im online. Anything to get these guys an award they deserve!!!

    Yeah, its not something HUGE but wouldn't it be sooo fucking awesome to see Papa Roach beat out all those shit bands and get the recognition they deserve?! Plus, if people are following this Fuse thing to vote for their bands and see that Papa Roach wins in the end, maybe they'll be like "Hmm.. I should check them out". And I'm pretty sure the guys would be SO happy if they won, just showing how much all of us love them :) It really isn't too hard to vote, and if you're on the Riot all the time anyway, I guarantee you probably spend your life on the computer like me :p So just take some time out to vote. And if you don't have the time to go hardcore, just vote a few times. It still helps :)

    Im in...........no problem here! and I also vow(middle finger in the air) to the Roach Lord(hehehehe) I will vote even more than that to cover thoes who either cant or fail to reach their daily goal!!!!

    Remember, it's in the next round when it gets serious. So practice some speed voting now and limber up for the next round vs slipknot.

    Yes, yes amen amen! School is in my way but i shall vote as much as possible starting after this post! We HAVE to beat slipknot or shinedown(whichever one wins) and show dem that we are the best fans in the world of the best band ever! Who really, really deserve it!

    they do deserve this...i think its crazy when i mention that im going to see Papa Roach in concert and people are like "i dont think ive heard of them" im pretty sure they've heard them before....

    i mean...yeah... some people probably really dont "know" who they are, but it seems more of the people i ask havent heard their name

    i say LETS MAKE THEIR NAME KNOWN AGAIN!

    the only thing thats gonna suck if tehy become EXTREMELY popular to teh masses like Greenday is that there will probably be less club venue shows

    i think award will be great for them, it will get them recognition hopefully without all the suckiness that comes attached
