Um, yeah of course. They're excellent musicians. They have so much heart and passion for what they do, not to mention they connect with the fans. If they're your favorite band why are you even asking? (Not to be rude, but honestly)

I agree totally with "Jacoby's little buddy" I have been in Rock and my whole life and I have never had any band that i loved all 5 of their CD's as I have with Papa Roach.
They just keep getting better! I think PR is the best live band I have ever seen! They are the best band of this decade and going strong!

Being a Musician Myself, I can say that they really are great musicians.

What always impressed me of Jerry Horton is that hes doing the rythm and the solo part all in one.

I mean, you hear the album, it sounds like two guitars are playing. And he plays live, and he does them both.

Its simply amazing.

It's been ten years since I started listening to Papa Roach (or is it 11 now?), and if they were bad I would know it by now. My love for them has only grown. In that time I have fallen our with Limp Bizkit (shit), HIM (girly shit) and Disturbed (they are getting better, but listen to some of the none single tracks of the first album, WIGGA!).

Papa Roach are good at what they do. They do it with a passion and dedication few have and thank their luck stars every day that they get to do it for a living.

D: of course theyre great musicians. haven't you seen em live yet? damn you gotta! not only do they sound fantastic live, but P.Roach also create so much energy you can feel the buzz. 'Coby's voice is fantastic and he's like a wild animal on stage

You can tell if a band actually can sound good live. PR doesn'tsound good live.. they sound GREAT. So it proves they are talented even out of the studio.

you dot have to be the fastest guitar player or anything to be a good musician because if you can write anything that sounds good but you can still play your guitar reeeally fast you are still owrthless(at guitar lol) (:

Two indicators in my mind that tell if a band is truly talented are how they sound live and if they can strip the music down and play it acoustically. I've been disappointed so many times going to concerts to hear a band that had a rockin' CD and then completely sucked live. Never the case with Papa Roach. As everyone has mentioned already, best live show I've ever seen and the acoustic music rocks as well. NO doubt about it, the guys in Papa Roach are great musicians.

I have seen Papa Roach live a couple times and I must say every single time I have seen them live as been at least GREAT. Jacoby Shaddix's voice is amazing, Dave Buckner's skills were thought to be unmatched but then came along Tony Palermo to prove the critics wrong. Jerry Horton And Tobin Esperance are both really skilled guitarist as well. Not only are the Papa Roach's musicians good, they are epic. I've been a fan since I heard their TRIPLE PLATINUM debut Infest way back in 2000, and if they continue to play as they have been I will remain a fan until the day I leave this earth.

really did you really just ask that???? WHY??????? Jacoby has an amazing voice tobin fuckin shreds jerry is the shit and tony a great drummer.

Actually...i think you'll see that Tobin does NOT shred....that would be Jerrys job as "Shredding" is a guitar techniqe and Tobin is a bassist.
