One obvious difference is that Dave was left handed.

i said it back then, that i love Dave more,
but now, i love em both..

I like Dave because he's an original member an he was what part of what made Papa Roach happen...

Then I like Tony because her fits in so well.


They are both great music wise. :)

I love Tony and to me all that matters is that he is in the band now Tony is bad ass on drums and is really good to his fans.

Dave was a really great drummer.

He brought the kickass heavy sound with his loud pounding on the drum.

But Ill go for tony, I just like the drumming style hes bringing.
It brings a brand new sound to the band.

they r both good drummers in their own way... but for reasons/personal experiences i wont get into here i would have to go with Tony on this one..=)

Dave was and always will be a part of PR in the sense that he was part of the creating of the tunes we still love and listen to today. That will never change. But I love Tony and in the same sense he is the drummer now and an integral part of what they are doing today be it writing new music or fucking kicking ass live! I love watching him. He's a great drummer & the new music stands up to anything they did with Dave. They continue to deliver.

I think Dave is better then Tony, actually I can not accept the fact that Dave left the band, and I miss him, I can not get used to Tony
Papa roach - forever!!!

As much as I love the old songs, Dave's playing isn't nearly as energetic or emotional as Tony's drumming is. In fact, just listen to two different live recordings of Last Resort, one when Tony was playing and one where Dave was playing. Dave was good, but Tony is better.
