what was the first cd you ever bought

Me and my friends were just talking about the first time we got a cd, and i am so amused on how much our taste in music has changed..so i was wondering what was the first cd you got???

mine?? was mariah carey...butterfly..lol, i started late, my mom was convinced that the cd thing wouldn't go anywhere haha.

    I believe the first Now cd, which is weird to think about considering they've gone up to like 30 or something...
    Otherwise it probably was Backstreet Boys. I have like 4 of their cds.

    mine was definitley Backstreet boys!!! hahah i have no doubt about that one.. i got it first on cassette... do u guys remember cassettes or does that make me old lol!

    Pfft, yeah I remember cassettes... My first cassette was ... Boston's self-titled.

    you can't compare Busted to Blue
    Busted was a band (at least they were trying to be one haha)
    and Blue was more like a boygroup

    Blue were a boyband! No doubt about it. Busted were more of a pop/rock band than boyband if anything. Therefore they are comparable in my eyes. Not to start an argument or anything, cuz this is just my opinion :D

    the first CD I remember buying, was Spiceworld. I had plenty of cassettes, and other kinda cds that my parents already had that I listened to a bunch..but that's the first I remember actually going out and buying

    Coheed and Cambria; that CD with the long ass title (i cant think of it right now) .... until i was like 8 and knew about my dads huge CD collection, I didnt listen to much music and now im growing my own collection and the music IS BRILLIANT
