Why would he sue? The whole fucking world was saying it, aside from those who believed in him throughout the whole struggle. Why would he waste his time on one person, when everyone was doing it around the globe? It wasn't like that one guy was the only one saying filth. He just tried his best to shake it off. His life wasn't so bad and the bad throughout his 'childhood' wasn't magnified through his feelings until all of this fell upon him, until all of this brought his name down. Psh, if he had took action and sued, just more people would surface saying negative comments about him and why he was suing. He wouldn't have gotten peace and peace was all he yearned for in this world and for this world.

I just don't understand why people couldn't just let the poor man be, and what ever happened to our good little system of innocent until proven guilty? Too many cruel people in this world.

I'm done talking about the bad - if you're going to talk about the bad and stupid repeats of something that was never proven, then please stop posting, show some respect, be mature, even? and let us all speak of the good in Michael and what he accomplished during his time on earth.

I think people are a bit misled about how much money Michael Jackson had. True, at one point he was one of the richest men in showbiz, but he squandered it all. He was actually declared bankrupt.

Yeah, I know. It was sad. He was about $400 million in debt when he died. It was all of the money he spend on making his music videos and lawyers, etc. Just Thriller alone, costed him $500,000 - but he's surely making the money now, in a matter of speaking. Tons of people have been running out and buying the cds, merchandise, etc.

Debbie Rowe is said to be going to try and get custody of the children - which I believe is best for them. Joe Jackson is an evil man, and I know I wouldn't want any kids around him. It is said by NBC 4 that she will fight for custody and submit a DNA test to show that she is the biological mother (because word has it, that neither she or Michael were the bio. parents, and that they were conceived in vitro.) She also said she would have a restraining order put against Joe Jackson if she gets custody. I'm in favor of that, because I believe Michael would prefer it. Him and Debbie were never on bad terms. I believe he rather her have them, than have them living with his father.

The boy from 1993 supposedly released a statement saying:

"I never meant to lie and destroy Michael Jackson but my father made me to tell only lies. Now I can’t tell Michael how much I’m sorry and if he will forgive me. Now for the first time I can’t bare to lie anymore. Michael Jackson didn’t do anything to me, all was my father lies to escape from being poor.”

It was settled out of court for 22 million. Fucking greedy people!

Granted, nothing is confirmed yet, it's just traveling around a few press sites, but I always knew they just wanted fucking money and to destroy someone's name.
