This just got me wondering after seeing a documentary this morning (I'm aware I'm a boring old fart and it was more like 2pm cos that's when I woke up lmao)...Do you think there is life on other planets?

Well, i think there are more planets out ther like ours....but i think they have different names for stuff like Spoons or notebooks or even their earth , lol xD

there has to be life on other planets. it would be incredibly egotistical to think that in all the planets, in all the solar systems, in all the galaxies that exist, we are the only ones that exist. it's ridiculous. now, whether that life is anything like ours, I don't know. maybe someday some of the things in futurama will be true and there will be aliens from other planets here. or maybe the other life forms are single-celled organisms that look nothing like the little green men portrayed in the movies/tv.
either way, life has to exist elsewhere...

I think that it is entirely possible.
NASA (id assume) has this satellite type thing that can examine planets around other stars in other solar systems and try to find a planet that could feasibly support life based on composition and distance from the sun.
the chance of life being as advanced or more advanced or even anything human-like is unlikely, but life its self, even single celled organisms is totally possible :D
besides, most science fiction has become reality or close to it these days. what was space travel before it happened? just an idea in a book. robots, everything.

Interesting you bring this up. I recently went to Spaceport www.spaceport.org.uk with the kids in my class. We watched a planterium show all about the other planets and the possibility of life on other planets. I personally do think it is possible though.
