I'm surprised no-one's reviewed Nottingham yet... I was at the Nottingham show as I was away when the Birmingham gig took place (Birmingham being the nearest big city to me, and the city I usually go to for shows). So I left my house at 8.30am to head up to Nottingham... as I was interviewing the band (turned out to be Jacoby and Tobin) at 2pm (turned out to be after 2.30, lol)... and wanted to make sure I had time incase of any delays. I won't go into too much detail, but will let you know when it's in print... although it won't be for a little while as Black Velvet is quarterly and I've got the next issue almost finished so need to keep the Papa Roach feature for the following one (issue 68).

I'm going to write a review of the gig for issue 67 of Black Velvet - so I'll leave it to someone else to really review the show. But to be brief, Papa Roach were of course awesome... I was also super-impressed with Halestorm. They were very entertaining - I love the way Arejay plays drums and uses his feet sometimes. Buckcherry were good, although I'm not so into Disturbed's music (sorry, Disturbed...). Like most (if not all) people on here, I think Papa Roach should have headlined. You can't fault the band when they play live. The only thing that sucked was when they left the stage!

I've put some photos of each set up at http://www.blackvelvetmagazine.com/tasteofchaos2010photos.htm - so go check 'em out.

    totally agree with Shari :P
i travelled almost 3 hours to Nottingham just to see PR, but i left there with a strong dislike for Disturbed (really pissed me off when he got the city wrong) and an even stronger love for Halestorm, and more specifically Lzzy Hale! :D
