The Concert was amazing!!! First Time I've been in the pit, and it was extremely cool! I was front row, and Jerry was right in front of me. The crowd was pretty rough. The singer from Shinedown said the crowd needed to back up cause they were killin us up front. (He threatened to end the show the first time) During the show, Jerry asked me if I was alright. (Even he could see how outta control things were) But I thought it was FUN! I'll deal with the bruises, cuz that was the best night EVER!

We didn't get to do sound-check, because the guys were warming up with Shinedown. But they brought us up to an empty hotel room and did an acoustic show for all the VIPs. It was awesome! (They did scars, lifeline, and forever) Jacoby jumped on the chair next to me, and tried to break a table that was across from me. Apparently, he secretly wants to become a wrestler. I talked with the guys, and they were very funny and sweet. Got some stuff signed, waited for all the other VIPs, then hugged Jerry on the way out. Then I headed to the concert,

Jacoby blew a kiss at me, and was singing to me, and Jerry was singing to me a bunch of times to. (Which he always does. I think it makes them happy knowing they have young fans that know every word to every song, and that just enjoy to be around them)

Um, met Jerry outside by the buses. I was extremely glad! I got the chance to talk to him one on one for a while. He is SUCH a sweet-heart!

All in all, it was a fantastic show. The guys all sounded amazing (as usual) definitely the best night of my young life!!

I am so glad you had a great time at the concert! It was an amazing evening for all of us Cedar Rapid Roaches! It was so nice to have met you and Momster Rock. I am so sorry the VIP pictures of you and Momster didn't show up. The picture of you two sitting on the floor before the concert was the coolest!!
I have a funny memory of that day while waiting for the Vip event.
While talking to other Roaches I noticed you and Momster and thought that you looked like twins only 20 years apart! Then I took notice that Momster was my kids age and that made you my grand daughter!

You were so nice when talking to us older Roaches, you had a great spirit and so much energy!

seriously. it was amaze. from the meet and greet to after the show it was epic.

except for the being completely smashed inbetween people and some chick grinding on my and her hair in my face the whole show. other than that it was pretty awesome.

even Jerry was like, "You looked a little smushed" to me and my friend haha.

I really hope those meet and greet pics are up soon. it's driving me nuts that they're not up yet! ahh!

but yeah. if I could've gotten a pic with Tobin and Jacoby it would've been even more amazing, but hey, I'm not complaining.

You are so right, That VIP event and concert were epic!
The VIP Roaches were the greatest!! We all had so much fun hanging out with Papa Roach and each other!! The VIP was kick ass and I met so many cool fans there! Thanks guys!
I'm sorry I did not get to meet you! I would remember you from the VIP pictures even though I'm not sure what picture is yours.

I have to say, ive been to the cell center for the last 11 years of my life, and i actually thought the crowd was decent!

That venue (to me anyway) has always been a rough one. I am used to SO much more there, i guess this was nothing to me.

It often depends where I the crowd you are??? There is always stupid shit going on at a Rock concert, you do go expecting it.

No Change or Die. This concert started with GAWM. I was at a PR concert a month before and they started with " Days of War" and "Change or Die" I thought is was one of the best starts to a concert ever! And a best start to a CD!!

The Des Moines Val Air show started with GAWM also, if i remember correctly.... im the WORST person ever to remember a set list. I zone out when im at a show. I forget pretty much everything set list wise, haha

I know it's a little late...
But I was reading over all of this and about people talkin' about how the crowd was rough.
Well, around the time that Papa Roach stopped the concert for fighting (probably not the cause, but just MY experience) I was getting pushed up against this guy really bad, and he turned around screaming and grabbed my neck with his hands. My cousin and boyfriend started hitting him, and then we heard Papa Roach yelling and stopping the concert and us being pushed backwards into the crowd by security.

I herd im so excited, i didnt really want to see Stone Sour, Papa Roach will be much better :)
