Just a question on who all you guys would like to see P. Roach tour with as an opener for them?

I would like to see Greenday open for them or in a way co - headline. I think it be a cool show that would work out. although, you'll probably disagree.

im actually a big Greenday fan and to tell you the truth (as long as P R would follow them) that would be quite a show. There would be no shortage of energy.

    Papa Roach
    Hoobastank
    Breaking Ben
    Madina Lake

that's what I think. BB isn't a favorite band of mine, but I like them and used to work for them and think it'd be a great tour match up

my husband wants them to tour with the Foo Fighters.

I saw Madina lake at projekt rev 07 in seattle(auburn actually). They were on the second stage and went on just before mindless self indulgence. I actually enjoyed there music, not hearing them prior, and their energy and style was actually like a mini p roach. My wife enjoys hoobastank. can't say I listen to BB all that often. I like that lineup too. I got crap from my friends for wanting to go to the foo fighters concert a couple months ago. One band I actually enjoyed at crue fest was Trapt. maybe substitute BB for them?

yay! I'm sure ML would like to hear that you think they're like a mini PR. haha..
they have a lot of 'like fans'...and they've played a heaping handful of shows together.

I have a hilarious picture with me Jacoby and Nathan [ML's singer] I'll put the link to it at the end since otherwise it'll eat up the rest of the post...stupid html..

I always like hearing that people liked ML, esp not knowing who they were beforehand. they're really good friends of mine :D

yeah I dunno about Green Day, but Madina Lake has played a good few shows with Papa Roach...I'm not sure exactly how many, but over 5. it seemed to me that the fans liked both sets..they were different enough but still similar enough for all to enjoy :]

Madina Lake are a quality band, everysong that i've heard has always been stuck in my head afterwards. I would be very impressed if they brought them with them to the UK for their European tour. Right now all we have that is confirmed is Filter and i cannot say i am a fan of them, but i'll have a listen to a few of their songs on Youtube beforehand and see if i can get into them before April 16th.

I think it would be hard to find a band with a similar sound to PR so any support act would always be different, thats what makes good bands great, the way they make themselves sound different to anything else that is around and not a copy of whats hot at the moment.

My realistic list would have to be

    PR
    Madina Lake
Enter Shikari-I don't know why but i think they would be able to get a PR crowd fired up, i went to Projekt Revolution in Milton Keynes, and down at the front, they could of incited a riot that day if they wanted to. Totally different music style to PR but would be way different from any support act they've had so far.

Ive heard of concerts in the UK kicking ass. The fact of the whole crowd going into a frenzy rocks. The concerts that Ive been to hear in the great Pacific Northwest, Ha Ha Ha, haven't had that kind of sustained energy for more than two bands. Of course P R would still kill. I would still agree that Madina Lake is a great opener. I still think there are a lot of people out there that don't know of there music.

    I would say

    Three days grace
    braking benjamin
Neverset- (For the opening act..thier local but thier stage presents fits papa roaches..and im not just saying that cuz thier my fav local band and i know them ..its just they will would fit in)

ML has no chance being on PR's tour there, because they're playing in the UK a few weeks or even days after PR rolls through. their myspace has dates :)

and ML likes Enter Shikari I believe, so they probably wouldn't mind that.

ML makes for a really good PR opener..Nathan has a great energy about him that pumps people up. and then they're extra hyphy [lmao I say hyphy] for PR. I really enjoy seeing the both of them together.....and it's even better watching Mateo and Tobin interact afterwards xD

I wouldn't mind seeing that concert! Haha! Tbh, I'd rather ML, PR and Foo Fighters than BB, but I'd kill to see ML and PR together! *takes out knife*

you think that the foo fighters would want to open for P R? I would have to agree and actually hope that they do a tour with M L. That would be one great show right there. Still feel like there would be one missing act if it was just those two bands.
