PAPA ROACH and Eleven Seven Music teamed up with Make-A-Wish to make a wish come true for teenage cancer patient. This resilient teenager named Mark had a wish to record an EP with his band, BREAKING BOUNDARYZ with direction from his heroes PAPA ROACH, and showcase for a record label.
When Mark was diagnosed with a brain tumor he thought he might never have the chance to live out his dreams. But, with the help of PAPA ROACH, Mark was granted an incredible, multi-day wish experience, culminating in his becoming
a signed recording artist. The wish was fulfilled in New York City on October 23-25th television network of The Madison Square Garden Company, following every step. This special segment chronicling Mark’s journey with Papa Roach will air on Fuse News on Tuesday, November 26th.
Wish Breakdown:
Wednesday, October 23
Mark, his family and bandmates arrived in New York City, had dinner with Papa Roach, then had VIP backstage access at the band’s headline show that night in Sayreville, NJ

Friday, October 25
Mark and Breaking Boundaryz visited PAPA ROACH’s label, ELEVEN SEVEN MUSIC and got an insider’s look at how at label operates. They were presented with gifts – Mark was given a guitar signed by Motley Crue, and the entire band (and family members) got a bunch of CDs and books from ELEVEN SEVEN artists.
Later that day, Mark and his band performed a short set in a small club in downtown NYC for the label’s staff.
In the spirit of granting this wish, Eleven Seven Music and Papa Roach have created a complementary contest to encourage others to do good works. While the holidays often mean celebrating with family and friends, it's also a time, as we prep for the beginning of a new year, to take stock of how we can all help out those in need. So, we want to know, how are you making the world a better place? Tell us at and be entered to win an autographed guitar from PAPA ROACH!!
