5K run

I am going to sign up for a 5K run in March. I did it last year, but I walkt cause I got back from Washington DC the night before. That is another blog! I have mapped out and even drove to get the exact mileage of 2 routes in my neighborhood. I walkt this afternoon almost the entire way. It took me 30 minutes to walk a mile and half. I am going to try to do this at least 3 times a week. Besides the run, I have hit a solid brick wall w/ losing weight. I am trying a few other things w/ my diet but walking will help. And the air is good for u and the weather is very nice right now.

    That is good! ^_^ Hit a brick wall? Maybe that's your body realizing that it's starting to get more active now, it's normal when you are in the beginning stages of getting healthy. Sadly, it will only get tougher! But you can do it!
