How much weight should 14 year old bench
I know this is off topic but this question has been bothering me for a while Im very muscular from waste up but not so much legs. I wiegh 125 lbs And I'm 5'2. I can bench 115 max with 1 rep and I'm wondering if this is good enough. Also I can curl 20 lbs 15 times

For benching I would suggest cutting the weight down but adding in more reps. I'd say maybe you should cut down to somewhere around 90 and do maybe 3-5 sets of 10-20 reps (depending on how much you can do, I dunno how much you can do personally). You're less likely to damage to your muscles but also you get a better impact to build them up. =]
