well, last month was the best month of my life, I tell you.
The 14th, I saw Billy Talent live, for the 3rd time.. They blew me away, they just get better and better, don't they? They played a new song as well, it sounds amazing!
Moving on, the Hovefestival..
oh lord, that was pretty much an amazing week.. Oh lord.
Well that Monday wasn't special, no bands I wanted to see really.. Jay-Z headlining that day, you do the count. x]
Tuesday!! Best day of my life, I swear.
Black Tide, they were pretty cool. I shook hands with the drummer after the show, and I got a guitar pick :'D
They were pretty cool, the first time I've ever heard of them, but they were awesome.
Then there was Coheed & Cambria, they were okay. Good live, but yeah.
I got a pick from them as well. I was on fire that day or something x]
Then, the band we waited _12_ hours for, AVENGED SEVENFOLD!
oh shit, they were so freakin amazing! I've made them this banner thingy, a deathbat with the norwegian colors, then the text "Welcome to Norway Avenged Sevenfold", and Matt saw it, and he asked if he could have it! He talked to me, I was all "wahhh yeahhh*thumbs up*" so he got the security guy to get it for him, then he held it up, and said "f*ck yeah, man!"
gosh, the show was just fabulous! They were very surprised by the fact that they had so many fans over here. xD They even wrote in their myspace blog that they were blown away by the support they received.
Anyway, I got Zacky's guitar pick, and the security guy gave me the set list, because of the banner, and he said I looked so happy and all. :'D
Then we went up to the road, and the band drove by! I only saw Matt, though, he smiled and waved at us :D pretty much a perfect day!!

On Wednesday we saw Flogging Molly, Bad Religion and Dimmu Borgir.
Pretty cool.

On Thursday, Job For A Cowboy played, they were okay.. You know.. x]
Then finally, came Bullet For My Valentine :D they were awesome as hell.
I've heard they sucked live, but I think they were awesome!
A friend of mine got Matt's water bottle.

On Friday, my 2nd favorite day of the week, we saw THE USED.
We waited 10 hours for them.
I had almost forgot how much I loved that band, but when they finally came on stage, oh boy..
Bert still looks like a hobo, haha. Not to sound teenie, Jeph looked amazing.
Anyway, the show was awesome.. And Bert spit on me. 0.o I'm not talking about a little spit, it was a huge load, I tell you.. It was all gushy between my fingers.. x]
AND I got a condom Bert blew up xD
haha, they were cool, man.
Anyway, after the show, we went by the road again, and Jeph and Dan comes out!
Dan left, but Jeph stayed. Sadly before I got a autograph, their car came, so they had to leave. Confused
But we met them, and just wow..

now I've pretty much seen all my favorite bands live EXCEPT Papa Roach :(
But I have to see them, I hope they come to Norway when they tour their new record.
Now I'm waiting for July 22nd and 24th to come, then I'll see Avenged Sevenfold with Iron Maiden. :D
