Don't judge. You don't know what people have been through.
People aren't always what they appear to be. When you look at a person, don't judge them. You don't know what they've been through. So many people suffer silently. People never believe me when I tell them what I've been through because I don't let it show in public. But you never know when that person who seems extremely happy cries themself to sleep at night, praying not to wake up. Reach out to people, make new friends. Be there for someone. It doesn't have to be much. Just let them know you care or that you're thinking about them. Be there for them to have a shoulder to cry on. The more you get to know someone, the easier it is for you to help that person. You may take it for granted, but just knowing you have a friend can save your life. Help someone. This life is hard enough without judgemental pricks all over the place. You could save someone's life. And if anyone reads this and needs a friend, or just someone to talk to, hit me up. Spread the love.
