Well, this recovery isn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. I'm sore, but other than that, I'm fine. Had a wretched headache from the anesthia for the first 24 hours or so and they tell me I beat the shit out of the nurses when I was waking up (hehehe) but it's amazing, my back already feels better and I can tell they are way smaller and perkier. Hey, when you've had four kids and lived life for four decades, you deserve a little gravity recovery, right?
