Customer support ??!?!?!?! Golden Ticket...
What the fuck happened to the golden ticket plan...
I am part of the "lucky" winners that got a golden ticket by preordering TFA...they're saying that we need to RSVP 1 month before the show by sending an email to goldenticket@paparoach.com...BUT, the mail server is down...(delivery failure).
I've tried to contact the admins here (matt, admin), and also sent a support ticket to GroundCTRL....no reply...
Anybody is in the same situation ? This is frustrating since the next show I'm attending is probably gonna be the only show in Quebec for a few years...so that's my only chance to get a VIP......
