Today is 9th February. 30 years ago a boy named James Owen Sullivan was born.
Who was he? Well let’s start like this. He was a little boy who was totally IN LOVE with music. He loved drumming and he was so passionate at it. He first started drumming at the age of five when he got his mini set which looked like a toy. While growing up, this passion became bigger and bigger. When he was 9 years old he met M. Shadows his best friend. Right after, in a music shop he met his other best friend Brian known as Synyster Gates. In his late teen years he also met his other best friends..Zacky and Johnny Christ. They called him ‘The Rev’, short from ‘The Reverend’.
These best friends had one thing in common..LOVE FOR MUSIC. They have a band..and it’s called Avenged Sevenfold.
After many years of hard work this band has reached the top. The band was one of the most successful bands ever.
One day…while working on their fifth album something really bad happened.
On the 28th December, Jimmy passed away. He left huge legacy behind and most important his best friends.
Today, he was meant to be 30 years old. He was meant to celebrate with his friends and family but..life is cruel.
In the name of Jimmy ‘The Rev’ Sullivan, we raise our glass and salute him. Salute his life which..was..pretty short.
