hey welcome to proach.com :) i'm jade, pleased to meet you. i see you're having trouble using the site. first of all, make sure your using safari or firefox if possible because Internet explorder sucks for this site. How to change your avatar? read this thread here:

second.. how to use the forums. firstly choose what section of the forum you want to view, click the link to it, for example, the general section. then pick a thread you want to view.. to reply to a thread, at the bottom of everyones posts there is a button which says reply to this thread. to quote somebody in the thread, on each individual post has 'quote' in the bottom of the box, click it and type what you have in response as normal. to start a new thread, click 'add new topic' once in the section you like. any more problems let me know :) Jade x
